The Applications tab in Snow Atlas may display applications with zero installations and zero users. This is intentional. It allows users to view and select applications relevant to their tenant, even if they are not currently installed or in use. For example, an application may:

• Have a valid license
• Be assigned to an application manager
• Use a custom metric configuration

This design ensures visibility into all applications that may be important for tracking, planning, or reporting.
