The Yes, delete period button is not interactive and cannot be used in the SaaS integration for Zoom. 

Other controls may exhibit the same behaviour. 

These issues occur due to a Cross-origin Resource Sharing (CORS) policy being active on the client web browser. 

This issue impacts On-Premise customers and Snow Atlas.

On Snow Atlas the Search for Computer page also does not load due to the CORS policy implemented on client web browsers. 

Checked the developer toolbar and found that there is some Browser policy that is stopping button to work as per the Error seen in below screenshot:

As per this information on Stack Overflow, the issue is happening due to the CORS policy. Disabling browse security will correct the issue, but any such change must be discussed with your security team. 

For Windows go into the command prompt and go into the folder where Chrome.exe is located and type:

chrome.exe --disable-web-security

This disables the origin policy and allows you to access local files. The Yes, delete period button will then be responsive, as will any other controls impaired by the policy.
