Unable to see a shared “All Agreements” report in Snow License Manager

Title

If you have shared the “All Agreements” report in Snow License Manager, but other users cannot see it, the issue may be related to missing permissions. Even if you have assigned the Access to custom reports role, users also need the Access to agreement reports main page permission in Snow Management and Configuration Center.

Solution

To grant the required permission:

Open Snow Management and Configuration Center.
Go to Security > Roles/AD groups.
At the top, select Edit role/AD group.
Select the checkbox next to Access to agreement reports main page.

Choose Save.
Ask users to test again and confirm that the shared report is now visible.
