When attempting to attached particular extension, for instance, an email as an attachment or .zip file to an agreement it is generating an error advising
For security reasons this file format cannot be uploaded.
Other formats are working fine.
Snow License Manager 9.x.x
File extension in this scenario, .zip and .msg were blocked as part of the extension blacklist.
To resolve the issue, check the SMACC then under configuration -> Basic Setting, look for the setting called EXTENSION_BLACKLIST and EXTENSION_WHITEIST.
If the extensions are in the blacklist then these extensions won't be allowed to be added.
Check this setting and remove zip and msg from the EXTENSION_BLACKLIST setting.
For other extensions, the steps will be the same, but watch out for the extensions you are after.
The file extension were added to the Blacklist from SMACC.
