Hosts not mapped to virtual machines when using VMware connector

Issue

When the VMware connector is used, virtual machines are not mapped to hosts in Snow License Manager.

Environment

Snow Integration Manager 6.1.0.

Steps to reproduce

Steps to repoduce

Snow Inventory Agent is installed on the virtual machine.
Snow Inventory Agent is installed on hosts.
The VMware connector is used to pull host and VM relationship.
DCC auto connect is configured to build data centers.

When you run VMware aggregation, the below error is shown:

Solution

This issue can be corrected by using the latest version of the Snow Integration Manager.

Update to Snow Integration Manager to version using the following link: SIM 6.5.1.

Cause

This was an issue in earlier versions of the Snow Integration Manager VMware connector. This has since been fixed.
