Flexera engages certain entities, called sub-processors, to process personal data on behalf of customers. These sub-processors operate under contractual agreements that ensure compliance with Flexera’s Data Processing Agreement or any similar agreement in place with customers.
The list of sub-processors is available on the Flexera Community Sub-processors page, which Flexera updates periodically. To receive email notifications whenever a new sub-processor is added, you can follow the Community page and enable notifications.
- Create or sign in to your Flexera Community account
- Go to the Flexera Community login page and sign in.
- If you do not have an account, register using the email address where you want to receive notifications.
- Access the Sub-processors page
- After logging in, navigate to the Sub-processors for Flexera page.
- Follow the page and enable notifications
- Click Follow at the top of the page.
- Under Email notifications, choose Every Post to ensure you receive all updates by email.
When Flexera updates the sub-processor list, you will receive an email from community@flexera.com with the subject line:
“Flexera: ## posted to the topic Sub-processor Notification”
The body of the email will include details of the update.
