There may be instances when you would like to allow Snow Support access to your Snow Atlas environment to assist with troubleshooting.
To do this:
1. Sign into the Snow Atlas portal using a System Administrator account.
2. On the left side navigation please select the Snow Atlas settings menu option (cog symbol).
3. Expand Account .
4. Select External access.
5. Select the options menu (three dots symbol) next to Snow Software <your region> mgmt.
6. The option for access permissions will then be displayed. The current options are:
- Access disabled: Select when you want to remove any access to Snow Support.
- Continuous access enabled: Select when Snow Support has the ability to sign in at any time.
- Select an access period: Select when Snow Support will only be granted access for the specified time period.
- When selecting this option you will be able to specify the required access period.
7. Select Confirm.
8. Snow Support have now been give the access you selected. If you have any open support cases please add a comment through the Snow Support portal on your cases to let the Support team know that you have granted them access.
