Issue

In this instance the AdobeCC Overview page was showing a different number of licenses under “Total licenses” and less for “Unused licenses” / “Unassigned licenses” when selecting the portal filter.

Environment

Snow License Manager

Cause

In this scenario, only one portal was present when clicking on the Portals/filter.

The AdobeCC overview page was showing the following, with no portal selected:

• Total number of licenses: 1924
• Used licenses: 943
• Unlinked users: 199
• Unused licenses: 752
• Unassigned licenses: 30

Selecting the one available portal filter "X", the following figures are displayed:

• Total licenses: 1355
• Used licenses: 943
• Unlinked users: 199
• Unused licenses: 187
• Unassigned licenses: 26

Run the below SQL statement:
 

exec sp_executesql N'SELECT *
                           FROM [adobecc].[ReadModelOverview]
                           WHERE
                               TenantId = @tenantId
                           ',N'@tenantId uniqueidentifier',@tenantId='xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx'

When running the select statement directly against the database, it was retrieving two portalids whereas the filter is displaying only one.
