Snow License Manager (affecting versions pre 9.16.1): Japanese characters on the "Add widget" do not properly align

The Japanese characters on the "Add widget" dialog box are not aligned properly. It looks like padding for the next line is required.

This is also evident in "English" that the next line statement is almost touching the top line
