Legacy web Applications are not populated in Snow Inventory

Snow Inventory Agent for Windows 6.8.2
Snow Inventory Server 6.7.0
Snow License Manager  9.21

• Legacy web applications metering is enabled and configured as expected.
• Home -> Administration -> Web applications is configured as below:

• Data is populated in Database table - SnowLicenseManager.dbo.tblWebApplicationPatterns

• Webapps.config file created and populated in agent directory:

• The Snow Inventory Agent is able to detect and identify the configured web applications:

• This data can also be seen in the snowpack file:

• However only a single entry can be seen in Snow Inventory after data is processed:

• Only a single entry populated in Snow License Manager:

Please contact Support for assistance in resolving this issue.

• In this instance there was an issue increasing the web DataWebApplicationId value as Snow Inventory is only able to apply DataWebApplicationId = 1
• Increasing DataWebApplicationId manually allows new WebApplicationID to be populated.
• Data is then able to process and seen in Snow License Manager:
