In Snow inventory > Inventory source > Select the source of choice > Edit > Add you expand the box under interfaces and discover that it is blank.
1. On the Snow inventory server browse to C:\ProgramData\SnowSoftware\Inventory\Server\LocalStorage.
2. Rename SnowInventoryServer5 file (for example to SnowInventoryServer5BAK)
3. Restart the Snow Inventory Server 5 service.
4. The network adaptor will now be visible within the network discovery interface.
If the issue is still present after these changes please raise a case on the SnowGlobe Support portal providing the following:
- Snow license manager and Snow inventory version
- Screenshot of the view that is seen
- An indication if this worked in the past ?
