When attempting to import licenses created before 2004 into Snow Atlas, the import may fail and display an error message.
This issue occurs because older licenses require a fixed rate currency configuration that is not automatically applied during import. Without this setup, the data can overlap or cause inconsistencies in license management.
If you encounter this issue:
- Open a support case in the Flexera Community.
- Request assistance with setting up a fixed rate currency to cover the correct period.
- Once the configuration is applied, retry the license import.
