"Error 1053 - The service did not respond in a timely fashion when attempting to start the service"
Below is what we can see in logs

Replaced the folder from working environment
checked the port 8243 used by this service and it was open
Increased the timeout value in registry key but still no luck
Checked the .NET framework on the server in the registry key Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\NET Framework Setup\NDP\v4\Full
It was showing version as 4.6.
Upgraded the .Net Framework version to 4.8 and the service started successfully. As per system requirements document the minimum requirement for .Net Framework is 4.7.2
.Net framework was not up to system requirement version
