- If users are manually changed to Quarantine status there are some steps that needs to be taken to prevent them from reverting back to an Active status after the Data Update Job (DUJ) is run.
- In this example a user that had activity within the set quarantine days, 30 in this case, and they were manually set to quarantined.
- The DUJ looks for the quarantine days and updates the users/computers/devices based on this. This is why the user was changed back to the status of Active.
- To avoid DUJ to set the user back to Active the checkbox "Disable automatic quarantine management" needs to be checked as shown below.
- This will exclude the user from the normal quarantine management and let it remain as Quarantined despite there being usage within the 30 days specified.
