• When accessing user, we go to the Subscription plan tab and receive the following error:

"An error occurred on the page! An error occurred when the page was loaded..."

• Snow License Manager
• SQL Server version 2012

• We looked at the error logs in: C:\Program Files\Snow Software\Snow License Manager\Web\Logs\Error

• We could see the following error at the same time as the 'An error occurred on the page!':

• Error is "Invalid object name 'string_split'."
• This error is in relation to the compatibility of the SQL Server.
• You can check the SQL DB compatibility level as per below:
  • Open SQL Server Management Studio
  • Expand databases, right click SnowLicenseManager and select properties
  • Select the Options tab:

• To resolve this issue you will need to confirm with your database administrator to change the compatibility level to SQL Server version 2016 or higher.
• Open SQL Server Management Studio.
• Expand databases, right click SnowLicenseManager and select properties.
• Select the Options tab.

• Change the compatibility level to the recommended one for your Snow environment.  Please see the Snow Docs Software Requirements for details of the recommended compatibility level.
• Once this change has been saved test the Subscription plan tab again.

• The string_split function is only supported with SQL Server versions 2016 or higher.
