- Unable to login to Snow Management and Configuration Center (SMACC) and Snow License Manager (SLM) even if the user name and password are both correct.
- Check within C:\Program Files\Snow Software\Snow License Manager\Web\Logs\Error folder and the log shows the error message:

- Snow License Manager 9.x.x
1. Launch SQL Management Studio on the Snow License Manager Database server.
2.Navigate to SQL Server Agent -> Jobs.
3.Look for License Manager Data Update then right-click to select the Start Job at Step...
4.Wait for the completion of the job then try to sign in to SMACC or Snow License Manager Web Portal
