Issue
- When attempting to set up a scheduled report to be sent via an email, the email option is not available to select under delivery options.
- Example shown below:
Solution
- On the Snow Licence Manager server open the Snow Management and Configuration Center.
- Default path: C:\Program Files\Snow Software\Snow Management and Configuration Center\SnowMACC.exe
- Select System Core settings
- Hold your Control + F buttons to bring the search dialogue up.
- Search for SMTP.
- Under SMTP_Host fill in the correct Mail server.
- Exit Snow Licence Manager.
- Log back in to Snow License Manager.
- The option should now be visible.
