In FlexNet Manager for Engineering Applications (FNMEA), the Users value under FLEXnet_Manager.Primary indicates the number of unique individuals who have accessed a license server being monitored by FNMEA within the past 12 months. This measurement follows product-specific terms published by Flexera, available in Flexera's documentation.

A User is defined as:

• Any individual within the Licensee’s organization who has accessed a monitored license server.
• Each User represents one unique person; shared or aggregated identities are not counted.
• The reporting period is the previous 12 months.
• FNMEA includes all users who accessed a license server at any time during this time frame.

FNMEA retrieves this information from the reporting database using imported report logs.

To view the list of Users counted under FLEXnet_Manager.Primary, run the following SQL query on the FNMEA reporting database:
