1. Locate the executable
• Identify the server where HPuCMDBStage.exe was originally configured and run.
• This is typically the inventory beacon or another server where the adapter was first deployed.
2. Download and prepare the updated XML file
• Download the updated FNMPuCMDBSettings.xml from Adapter Tools for FlexNet Manager Suite, Flexera One IT Visibility, and Flexera One ITAM.
• Update the XML file with the original configuration values, such as credentials, endpoints, and filters.
• Save the updated XML file in the same directory as the executable.
3. Run the executable
• Run HPuCMDBStage.exe on the same server where it was originally configured.
• This ensures consistency with the environment and prevents reconfiguration issues.
4. Validate the data
• Verify that the inventory dates are now sourced correctly.
• If a scheduled task is configured, confirm that it still triggers the executable as expected.

The inventory date is now collected from the last discovery or last access time rather than from last_modified_time in UCMDB.
