Symptoms

Add-AppvClientPackage fails with the following error with AdminStudio 2016 SP2.
Add-AppvClientPackage : Application Virtualization Service failed to complete requested operation.
Operation attempted: Configure AppV Package.
AppV Error Code: 0CC00CE201.
Error module: Streaming Manager. Internal error detail: 4C402A0CC00CE201.

Cause

It is a known issue found in AdminStudio 2016 SP2.

Resolution

This issue will be resolved with the next release of AdminStudio.

Workaround

Please replace "VirtConv.dll" in "C:\Program Files (x86)\AdminStudio\2016\Repackager\System" folder with the one attached to this article after uncompressing.
