Summary

This article describes the correct procedure to deal with errors when processing the emails directory during an upgrade.

Symptoms

While running the Run the migrationImport.groovy script(./scriptRunner.sh -n ../scripts/migrationImport.groovy $OLD_DIR) for FlexNet Code Insight the following error occurs.

set advanced.search.max.results = 1000
added comments for request.resubmit.user.list

Resolution

This issue is caused by corruption in the /config/core/emails/ directory. If you have custom email templates, copy these to the new directory. If you do not have custom email templates please contact Support for a new copy of the emails directory
