Follow the steps below to disable the maintenance mode and uninstall mode for a Basic MSI project.

In the 'Property Manager' view, create and set a new property called 'ARPSYSTEMCOMPONENT' to 1.

Browse to the 'Custom Actions and Sequences' view in the project.

In the Sequences - Installation - Execute view, change the condition for the following actions to '0'

RegsiterUser

RegisterProduct
-
PublishFeatures
-
PublishProduct
-

Rebuild the setup.
Now you should be able to run the Msi setup package multiple times without seeing the Maintenance or Uninstall dialogs.
