Proudly presenting Flexera Log Gatherer (Beta)
A simple-to-use tool that will gather all relevant log files efficiently and help with the diagnosis of any issues or support requests. All files are securely gathered locally on the server and can be reviewed using built-in viewers. This application does not transmit any information automatically. Sharing of any generated log files is entirely at your discretion.
- Download the signed executable using the link below
- Adjust any of the self-explanatory parameters if needed, recommended settings are the defaults as shown
- Add an optional case number to help track any files you choose to send us for any existing support case
- Manually add any additional files, registry keys or notes to the output by selecting the check box
- Click the Start button to begin the Log gathering process, the output is verbose and a log will be included in the output file.
- Once completed, you will be presented with the output file for review
