Who is eligible to purchase the Production Copy Service?

FlexNet Operations LLM and ALM cloud customers are eligible, and have the option to purchase a Production Copy Service environment for each production instance. A large customer that has several production instances could buy one Production Copy Service environment for each production instance.

What is the cost of the Production Copy Service?

The Production Copy Service has a yearly subscription maintenance fee that is determined by your current revenue tier, which is also used to calculate your FlexNet Operations subscription. There is no additional volume discount.

Are both the UAT and Production Copy Service environments provided?

Yes. The purchase of the Production Copy Service provides a testing environment in addition to the UAT.

How to request access to the Production Copy Service?

Access to the Production Copy Service requires an additional purchase. Please contact your Flexera representative to add the service to your current Flexera contract. After the Production Copy Service is provisioned by Flexera's SaaS Operations team, you will be given access to your Production Copy Service environment via a specific URL. The Production Copy Service inherits access credentials from your production environment.
