FNMP v9.2.3 multitenant environment may hit product defect and crashed when import content library is kicked off by running product default schedule task "Import ManageSoft application recognition library". It's more likely happened in multitenant environment from old 9.2 to latest 9..23.

Cause

There is a product defect exists on multitenant migration environment.

Resolution

Please copy the DLL in the zip file attached (ManageSoft.Compliance.Logic.Core.Impl.dll.zip) into the following locations. It is recommended that the existing DLL be backed up or renamed in case a rollback is required.
