As we already know that Flexnet Pusliher sends metadata queries every few seconds to the IP address 169.254.169.254 on the AWS environment (Amazon EC2 detection), however, does it send the request to the same IP address to detect Google Compute environment as well?.

Yes, the FNP will send detection mechanism involves an http query port 80 on IP address 169.254.169.254 specifying a Metadata-Flavorattribute "Google". A positive response indicates the presence of the Google Compute environment.
