The following procedure stores the notification message in the database.dbo.ComplianceTranslationPutByResourceStringCultureTypeResourceValue ResouceString, CultureType, ResourceValue
where:
ResourceString: nvarchar(256)
CultureType: nvarchar(5)
ResouceValue: nvarchar(1000)

To control the period of displaying the notification, please insert a record to the SystemShutdown table.
Insert SystemShutdown (MessageResourceName,StartTime,EndTime)
values ('Maintenance_201612', '2016-12-08 23:00:00.000', '2016-12-09 01:00:00.000')
