How to reset your password to access your Customer Community Portal accountSynopsis
To reset your password, visit the following URL:https://flexeracommunity.force.com/customer/CCForgotPassword
Enter your username into the field and click Submit
Note: your username will be your email address
Note: After you click submit, there isn't a confirmation notice informing you that your password will be reset; it will refresh the page and take you back to the landing page. You don't need to submit multiple times, if your username exists in the system you will receive a new password.
Important: If you are trying to access an old account, your username may have changed to your email address with the suffix .flexera
try to access your account using the following format:
your@email.com.flexera
