Summary

The Last used date column of the License Compliance > Applications > Application Installation Details report only shows usage dates which are within the period specified by the Usage period property configured on the associated application record.

If the last used date of an application was prior to this window of time, then the installation is considered "not used" and the value in the Last used date column in the Application Installation Details report for that installation is blank.

Additional information

The default value of the Usage period property on applications records is 3 months. This value can be changed on the Usage tab when editing an individual application record.

This issue has been fixed in the following FlexNet Manager Suite releases: 2023 R1.3 / Sep 2023 (Cloud), 2023 R2 (On Premises)
