Cause

This error is caused because the specific versions of Microsoft C run-time libraries used to build the vendor daemon are missing on the license server. For example, for a vendor daemon built with Visual C++ 2005 SP1 ATL Security Update, this error may occur if the Visual C++ 2005 SP1 Redistributable Package ATL Security Update is not installed on license server.

Resolution

This error can be resolved by installing the required version of Visual C++ Redistributable Package, which must match the Visual C++ version in your development environment.
