When checking out a license from a 32bit ipv4 license server a memory leak has been observed if the client has been built with the IPv6 toolkit for Flexnet Publisher versions 11.11.1, 11.11.1.1 and 11.11.1.2.

The memory leak causes the physical memory usage of the vendor daemon to increase as more and more checkouts/check-ins occur. This ultimately leads to the system running out of system resources and causing the following error:
