The ServiceNow Data Platform normalization process can fail with the error below. This error occurs if the OAuth provider URL is not configured properly.

PLEASE CHECK YOUR REFRESH TOKEN. AND ALSO TRY TO CHECK YOUR [CLIENT_SECRET] IN SERVICENOW. Solution
To correct this issue, follow the steps below.
- Navigate to Flexera Integration > Advanced > Fix Scripts in the ServiceNow instance.
- Click FlexNetManagerSuite_Upgrade.
- Click Run Fix Script.
After the script is complete, regenerate a new token and then re-run the ServiceNow normalize job with the new token.
If the issue persists, navigate to the ServiceNow normalize settings page and follow the steps below.
- Paste in the token and ServiceNow URL and test the connection.
- Paste the file path in the correct Export folder with the correct share privilege and test the connection.
- Click Save and start the normalize process.
