Publishers at Risk Summary report shows publisher with no linked licenses

Title

In some scenarios, the Publishers at Risk Summary page in Flexera One IT Asset Management or FlexNet Manager Suite may display a publisher as “At Risk” even though there are no licenses visible for that publisher.

Symptoms:

On the Publishers at Risk Summary, a publisher appears as “At Risk.”
When searching the All Licenses view, no licenses are found for this publisher.
Selecting the publisher in the summary report shows no associated products in the Product Summary section, despite the count showing as 1.

Diagnosis:

If you remove the At Risk filter in the Publishers Summary view, a product linked to that publisher appears.
However, on review, no license reports that product as its primary application.

This issue occurs when:

An application associated with the publisher is linked to a license belonging to a different publisher.
The application publisher and the license publisher conflict, causing the publisher to appear “At Risk” in the summary.

Solution:

Locate the application in question and verify its linked licenses.
If it is linked to a license under a different publisher, unlink the application from that license.
To check if this was a manual change:
Review the History tab in the Application or License details.
Look for an Application Linked message showing the user’s name.
If there is no manual change and the association appears incorrect, raise a case with Flexera Support to confirm the ARL data with the content team.
