On the main dashboard, you may see only “Isolated Devices” and “No Connectivity” instead of the expected interconnection map. This can occur even if your RN150 has successfully discovered devices and collected details such as processes, hardware, and operating systems (visible in Dashboard > Assets > Licensing), and you can view server connections in Dashboard > All Applications.
This behavior occurs when application stacks are not defined. RN150 requires Application Stacks to group related assets and visualize dependencies. Without them, servers appear as isolated nodes with no connectivity.
To enable full connectivity visualization on the main dashboard:
- Build Application Stacks using the data collected by RN150. This helps define relationships and dependencies between assets, allowing RN150 to better understand how servers interact.
- Return to the main dashboard. The interconnection map should now reflect these relationships, reducing the number of isolated devices.
