'sort=' Field and Order of Precedence. Order is lower version before higher versions

Synopsis

The documentation currently states the order of precedence when using the 'sort=' field is in this order:

1. License file. Automatic sorting does not occur across files in a license-file list.
2. Feature name.
3. FEATURE before INCREMENT.
4. Uncounted before counted.
5. Version, higher versions before lower versions.
6. Issued date, in reverse order, newest first. The date is taken from ISSUED= or START=.
7. Original order is otherwise maintained.

Discussion

Step 5 of the Order of Precedence (higher versions before lower versions) is incorrect. It should read:
