Cause
Due to a bug introduced within InstallShield 2014 attempting to change text in a text file such as %PutDataHere% will fail and the desired replacement text will not be used.
Resolution
This was recorded in Bug Work Order IOJ-1662934 and a fix was released in InstallShield 2014 SP1
