If you are having a problem installing software, search the Common Errors page using the error message you received. You can also check out Tips and Pointers for instructions on how to complete tasks that may solve your installation problem.

If you don't find an answer on the Consumer Central site, please contact the company that made your software for immediate assistance. The vendor of the software you are trying to install used an InstallShield product as a tool to produce the installation you are having difficulties with. Unfortunately, because we did not author the install, we would be unable to troubleshoot your issue without the actual project that your software vendor used. The software vendor built your software's installation and will have more information on the specifics of the installation.
