Unable to configure LDAP in FlexNet Code Insight 2017 R3

In the FlexNet Code Insight Install Guide document (?FNCI_2017R3SP1_InstallGuide.pdf?) on page 9, there is description how to setup LDAP. This LDAP tab is not available in the UI.

Referring to the document:

Implementing LDAP
FlexNet Code Insight allows you to use LDAP to provide system login security. The LDAP functionality uses your existing
LDAP server to verify users when they log into FlexNet Code Insight.
Note ? If you configure LDAP to provide login security, the built-in FlexNet Code Insight login security will not be used.
Task
To implement LDAP, do the following:
1. On the System Configuration page, select the LDAP tab. The LDAP tab appears.
2. Select Yes in the Enable LDAP field and complete the rest of the fields on the LDAP tab. See ?LDAP Tab? in the FlexNet
Code Insight User Guide for a description of all the fields on the LDAP tab.
3. (Optional) Select Test LDAP Server Connection to ensure that FlexNet Code Insight is properly connected to the LDAP
server. The connection will be tested with the values displayed in the fields on the LDAP tab.
4. When you finish entering information in the fields, select Save to save your changes to the LDAP configuration.
5. (Optional) Select Sync Now to save your settings and synchronize them with the user data on the LDAP server. If you
do no select Sync Now, the user synchronization will be done at the time specified in the LDAP User Sync Frequency
field.

Discussion

It is not possible to connect to LDAP in FlexNet Code Insight 2017 R3. This functionality was added to the FlexNet Code Insight 2018 R1 release. Details of the features available in FlexNet Code Insight 2017 R3 are available in the product Release Notes
