Description: 

Unable to rotate the report logs – Agent couldn’t send the files to Admin.

Below is the error message in debug.log of the Agent at <FNMEA Agent install dir>\logs

Resolution: 

1. Stop the Agent  
2. Take a backup of config.properties file at <FNMEA Agent install dir>\conf 
3. Edit config.properties file, please update "managerProtocol" value to "http" and save the file 
4. Start the Agent
