Symptoms

"Unexpected error" occurred when clicking the Download icon of the attached document that has "#" in the file name.

webui.log may contain like the following error messages.

Cause

The error occurs if document name includes "#". This issue had been identified as bug #FNMS-34115.

Workaround

Please update to remove "#" from document name in DocumentName column value in Document_MT table in FNMSCompliance database.
