Customers with a valid support contract can upgrade to the latest version of InstallShield or InstallAnywhere at no extra cost.Discussion
Upgrading to the latest version can be done through our online shop following the instructions below.
1. Click on "Maintenance and Subscription Fulfillment" on the left hand side
2. Enter your maintenance ID number
3. Enter your Account Number/Company ID.
Both the Maintenance ID and Account Number/Company ID can be found on the order confirmation email that would have been sent to you when you purchased or renewed your support contract.
Once you have fulfilled successfully, you should receive your new serial number that can be used to activate the new version. You can then download the newest version by logging in to the Product and License Center. Note that if you do not have an account there, you can click the Join New Account link and use the newly generated serial number to sign up for an account.
Please note that you will only be entitled to upgrade to software that was released within the valid dates of your support contract.

If you encounter any problem during the upgrade procedure please contact our support team and provide your support contract ID and order number with details of the problem.
