• Transactional Ledger: The ALM Data Extracts supply the raw events that can feed into other business intelligence systems
• System to System Data Exchange: Web-Services can be used to pull data and interoperate directly with other machine based systems.

The ALM Reporter is optimized for the type of analysis you can do within Microsoft Excel since its outputs are files for analysis. It is not optimized to provide a transactional log of all FlexNet Operations system events.
