Of course in all of our testing never encountered this message, so no idea where it is coming from or what is causing it. So was hoping someone out there has an idea on what is possible causes of this one.

I have a client who is trying to install our software on their machine, which is a Windows Vista machine and they are getting an error message that you see in the title above.
Of course in all of our testing never encountered this message, so no idea where it is coming from or what is causing it. So was hoping someone out there has an idea on what is possible causes of this one. "
Found out today that the client is using Windows Vista (Ultimate 32 bit), so if anyone has any idea on what could be causing this, I would really appreciate it. Thanks.
