How to extract files from setup.exe directly with CA?

During installation, we need extract a file directly from setup.exe, but not from .MSI file. Is there any API support this? Because of size consideration, we can not put the files into a .msi file and extract it by 2 times.

Alas, I'm not aware of a way to directly extract an arbitrary file from setup.exe.
