I need to include the mfc x86 8.0.50727.762 merge module in my installer. Unfortunately, all I have are the x86_x64 and x86_ia64 .762 mergemodules in program files\common files\mergemodules. I have .42 x86 merge module, but that wont work since our application is built with vs2005 sp1.
Anyone know where I can get the x86 version?

Move all relevant merge modules from '\Common Files\Merge Modules' to another folder or rename the 'Merge Modules' folder and then reinstall SP1 for VS2005.
