I need to reboot system after one of the prerequisite and and then other prequisite installation should get resumned after reboot.
Please suggest how can I achive this?

You can specify the restart behavior in the prerequisite editor.
Installation designer tab -> Redistributables view -> Right click the prerequisite and select Edit Prerequisite. Under the behavior tab are some options for reboot behavior.
