When I tried activating IS2012 on it, it looked like it was succeeded, but each time I opened the IDE, it would ask for activation again. I have deactivated the serial number on my old PC and this is still happening. Am I missing some part of this process?

I also get into same issue...This will happen when we use same license on different machine or by mistake the license in not recognizable. Return license on machine and again activate it again it will work fine.
