Install Shield Limited Edition Serial Number

I am trying to activate Install Shield Limited Edition that comes with Visual Studio 2010. During installation it requires to be activated using a serial number obtained by registering online. I have registered online and it states it will send an email with the serial number. I have yet to receive this email after 4 days of waiting. I tried two different email addresses hoping it may have been caught up in the corporate spam filter.

How can I obtain the serial number?
