Launch Readme.htm Problem

Hello,

I'm fresh release engineer.

I'm facing problem on launch readme.htm when in Dialog SetupCompleteSuccess.

Can anyone guide me by listing out the step to make sure Readme.htm can launch after tick the checkbox for show readme in version 2009.

Sorry for confusing you guys.

My question should be.

I want to launch readme.htm which got dialog allow user to check or uncheck to read the readme files in SetupCompleteSuccess dialog (IS 2009)

All the behavior only need to do in Custom Actions and Sequences with Dialogs Setting.

So can i need your step by step guide in order to make sure my setup.msi can able to launch readme.htm after installation success?
