Empty directories get installed while installing

While installing my product I have some blank directories whichwere there in folder which I used for making installer. but after making installer when run the installer they are not present in new location how to make sure that my empty diretories are there in target location

What project type are you using? If it's Basic MSI, InstallScript MSI, or Web: In the View List under Media, click Releases. Select the release that you are building, and then select the Build tab. Try setting the Keep Unused Directories field to Yes, and see if that resolves the issue. The default value is No.
